A Beautifil Deck and Inspirational....

So much critique from many but I love this deck......

It arrived in store for Shelf... I shuffled and did a reading for me and then several friends... and decided to use it for a couple of clients... Wow   a true kick in the butt...... Sold a couple ...... and know I love working with this deck.... Very different from other Tarot decks, More aspects than Doreen's Oracle decks, even though the pictures are more gentle the messages are very clearly assertive messages......

This is not a deck to be wishy washy but clear, concisive, accurate, kick in the butt, no muck around Readings.... It certainly pulls no punches.....

I can recommend this as a great Reading deck......

Shadowscape Tarot

What a beautiful water colour deck... The  imagery is beautiful and each card tells such an incredible story.

I have found this deck to be great when working with clients of all ages, mainly women with this deck, because of the more faery type characters in the deck...

I suggest you google "Shadowscape Tarot" and check out the cards.....and other reviews.....

I can not believe it has been so long I haven't been on here... just updating sites etc... and discovered I had missed a page........a site......

There are so many amazing Tarot and Oracle decks arriving on the scene it makes it real hard to try and put a limit on decks I want......

I have been using Tarot of the Spirit... wow.. incredible images.........

I am still working occassionally with Native American Tarot and Shadowscape Tarot, Osho Zen Tarot, Medicine Woman Tarot and RWS....... depends totally on the client....

Working with meditation, the different decks, Yoga have created a new level within myself.........

I suggest if you want to truly develop within self...... do lots of different things to develop.....

I have been working with Tarot and oracle cards as individual decks but what happens when we put them together……

Some might say sacrilege!   But hopefully it might give you something to think about……..

Choose a Tarot Deck and An Oracle deck you feels compliment each other…….

Today thinking about working with Tarot with other modalities.......
As of late I have had a few clients wanting the full package..they want to take control of their life... take back their power, to feel empowered....

They want the full 2 hr Healing Session....

I am not going to list each card and tell you all there is to tell you about that card from the author, from what I see..........becasue there are many great websites that do just that......

I know there are others but this I have found answers most questions using the Search Function.......

Okay Ready to start earning a little xtra.....

You have studied and practiced reading with friends and family, you have practiced online in chat rooms, message boards, chat sites etc.... You have been told to start charging......decide on a rate you are happy to accept..... Remember the client is paying for your time.........
Are you reading 15 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins or an hr.... work out a spread that you can do within the time frame......?
Now where do you read Tarot? Find out about any expos, fairs, stores that you can read at? (remember these are all places you have to pay a fee for using their space....)
Buisness cards... signage.....

Tarot cards, cloth, crystals, and anything else you need..........

For the day don't forget water, snacks (take a break every so often).......

If you Read from a space at home make sure your space is decluttered.....no phone on, no children running around, no flatmates or family  disturbing you..........This time belongs to your client..........

Maybe you try email or phone readings....... make sure you are free of being disturbed during this time......

For personally I read for over 4 years before I was confident enough to even try reading for paid readings.... I began with an Expo..... $5 readings.... I did 35 readings in 2 days... really built my confidence, enough to be able to charge for readings part time.......at home.......

I have been reading Tarot for over 10 years now and still learning new things within myself inregards to my readings....... new information comes through about a card each time I read....... I play with my cards on some level everyday....... I have built quite a collection......50 odd decks Tarot and Oracle...and quite a few journals I add to when I gleen new information.....

have patience with self........ don't hurry, enjoy the journey along the way.......

Now YOu have been reading tarot, practicing for a few years... you have been reading for family and friends and got quite confident in your abilties... now you want to do an expo, a fair, tarot parties, read from home, at a store... where do you start?
